At AVANTGARDISTA we give the craft of hairdressing a stage for creativity. This isn’t about the next appointment, the usual service, or a look that has to please. Here, hair artists are allowed to experiment, dream, try things out, and make their own ideas visible.
In our teams, creativity is born together: designers, models, hair artists, and make-up artists contribute their perspectives. A look develops from individual ideas, a story from a look, and an image that lasts from this collaboration.
We are particularly proud that aspiring master stylists from the Meisterschule Friseure am Ostbahnhof have already participated in AVANTGARDISTA and Roses & Love several times. The master school teaches far more than technical perfection: it prepares students for self-employment, business management, personnel responsibility, as well as vocational and industrial training. With us, another important experience is added – the freedom to discover and develop one’s own creative potential.
Because development doesn’t just come from knowledge, but also from connection: working in a team, taking responsibility, reflecting on one’s own skills, learning from each other, and creating something together that might never have existed alone.
The participating hair artists receive professional images of their work. This way, their creative contribution doesn’t just remain part of the show, but becomes a visible part of their own portfolio.
