Whether summer or winter edition: AVANTGARDISTA has already been part of the WORLD CLUB DOME several times. Bernd Breiter gave our designers the opportunity to present their extraordinary creations in a dedicated runway area in front of a massive festival audience.
The summer edition remains especially unforgettable. At nearly 90 degrees, we had the glorious idea of spontaneously extending our catwalk across the entire Walk of Fame. Right through tens of thousands of festival guests, our models marched in a long double row—striking, confident, and impossible to miss.
The special challenge: leading all the models together through the festival grounds, losing no one, and capturing this unique moment on film at the same time. For our models, it required total concentration. For the festival guests, it was a surprising encounter with avant-garde fashion, latex, leather, couture, and extravagant accessories.
Joining us were Lucia Venezia, LEQLÉ Latex Couture, Moth-Couture, YourShape, Dino Sadino, and Benno von Stein.
Their imaginative designs and, above all, the elaborate accessories by Lucia Venezia turned our walk into a moving fashion performance in the middle of the festival.
Our men and women were simply hot. They turned every head, brought the unique energy of AVANTGARDISTA to the WORLD CLUB DOME, and showed that fashion doesn’t always have to happen on a traditional runway.
After our big appearance, the party naturally continued. Together, we immersed ourselves in the music, the people, and the festival’s unique atmosphere. A fashion show became an experience—and the runway became a way of life.
