I am Philomena – a passionate distiller and owner of GINHEIMAT in Pielenhofen. The ordinary has never been my world: I love the extraordinary and develop gin creations with strong character that surprise, move, and linger in memory.
My multiple gold-awarded gins are created through a special distillation art, refined over years. Selected botanicals, including regional garden and wild herbs, blossoms, roots, and fruits, lend each creation its own soul. A connection to nature, regionality, and true craftsmanship meet bold ideas and extraordinary flavor compositions.
My goal is to give people a flavor explosion on all levels – intense, sensual, and far from the mainstream. This special world of enjoyment is also available alcohol-free: with high-quality botanical elixirs and refined creations that are in no way inferior to the extraordinary.
